We offer delivery services to all regions of Taiwan, including the outlying islands, Hualien, and Taitung areas.
2. Delivery Methods
Home Delivery: Door-to-door delivery service provided by HCT Logistics.
Convenience Store Pickup: Available at 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, and Hi-Life convenience stores.
In-store Pickup: Customers can visit our company to pick up their orders.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are processed for shipment from Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30 AM.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
During holidays or peak seasons, shipment may be delayed by 3-5 additional business days due to high order volumes.
4. Payment Methods
Credit Card Payment: Supports Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.
Convenience Store Payment: Pay at convenience stores or use barcode payment services.
E-Payment: Supports Line Pay and Apple Pay.
Cash on Delivery: Available with HCT Logistics home delivery service, allowing cash payment upon receipt.
5. In-store Pickup
Reservation: After placing and paying for your order, contact our customer service team during business hours the next day to schedule a pickup.
